The Ashtabula County Solid Waste Management District was very satisfied with the residents’ response and results of the District’s first backyard composting program. Covered Bridge provided the product, and more importantly, a strong educational component that made this program a success. Covered Bridge provided the necessary resources which were not available at the District Office.
