Dwarf Korean lilac is an unusually dwarf, spreading variety of syringa with reddish purple buds opening to single pale lilac flowers and small, dark green foliage. This ornamental shrub blooms profusely in spring with fragrant flowers at an early age. The dwarf Korean lilac grows to only about 4 to 5 feet tall, opening up many possibilities in the mixed shrub bed, especially when mixed with glossy leafed evergreens. Plant your lilac plant in full to partial sun. Consider in a container on porch or patio where the fragrance can be enjoyed up close. Hardy to USDA zone 3 and all higher zones. Shipped potted in soil to ensure the best possible start when planted in yard or garden.
