Paper Birch is also called as White Birch or Canoe Birch. The tree is said to be the most pleasing Birch tree in Northern America. The bark of the tree is brown when the tree is young and it changes to white and peels with the growing age of the tree. The bark of the tree peels in paper like form and hence the name. The leaves are dark green in color with saw-tooth edges and they turn yellow in fall.
