Hazelnut Trees Growing

The Hazelnut trees in the new orchard are still growing - change is gradual, and sometimes it's hard to see any progress. It's important to keep taking photographs
to show the growth.

Like children, all of a sudden the trees will be fully grown. And (unlike children) they will be producing hazelnuts!

In the Year 2003

As soon as the trees were planted, I took a series of photographs for the Moosey records. I felt rather silly, as there was nothing much to see.

But if you peer closely you might spot the knee-high little sticks. They are the Hazelnut trees, when first planted - in the early spring of 2003.
