Chrysanthemum ‘Lemonsota’
It's finally show time for mums. I added a few new cultivars to my flowerbeds this spring. So far the most impressive is an introduction from the University of Minnesota called 'Lemonsota'

'Lemonsota' grows 12 inches tall (mine is about 15 inches tall) with a spread of 18 to 24 inches. My plant is covered with 1-inch, lemon-yellow pompons

'Lemonsota' is happiest in full sun to part-shade (my plant is growing successfully under an oak tree). It tolerates pollution and urban environments and is hardy to Zone 3.
